Platform

Built for sellers who manage ads and margin every day.

The first version focuses on the operational loop that matters most: ad spend, sales, profit, search terms, and the daily report that tells the team what to do next.

01

Advertising performance

Track campaigns, ad groups, targets, keywords, budgets, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and spend trends.

02

Profit visibility

Combine ad data with sales, fees, settlement events, inventory signals, and seller-supplied product costs.

03

Search-term diagnostics

Surface wasteful search terms, strong converting queries, missing keyword opportunities, and negative keyword candidates.

04

Automated reports

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports for ad optimization, margin movement, and action tracking.

Data use

Seller data is used only to operate the seller's own workspace.

AZBoss accesses data only after a seller grants authorization. The platform uses the minimum data required to provide advertising analytics, profit analysis, keyword recommendations, and reports for that seller's own accounts.

Authorized access OAuth authorization for Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API connections.
Operational purpose Analytics, reporting, diagnostics, budget review, and seller-specific recommendations.
Data minimization The first version does not require buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, or buyer messages.
Revocation Sellers can revoke authorization from Amazon account settings and request data deletion.

Security

Designed around least privilege, encrypted storage, and clear accountability.

The production service is intended to separate tenant data, protect API tokens, restrict internal access, and maintain logs for operational security and incident response.

Tenant isolation

Each organization, marketplace, and connected seller account is scoped independently in the application data model.

Encrypted secrets

Refresh tokens and sensitive credentials are stored using encryption and rotated or revoked when access changes.

Access controls

Role-based permissions limit workspace access for owners, operators, analysts, and support users.

Deletion workflow

Authorized sellers may request account disconnection and deletion of stored business data from the service.

Early access

Preparing for authorized Amazon seller integrations.

We are currently building the first release for advertising analytics, profit reporting, and seller-owned operating reports.
