These Terms govern access to AZBoss, a software service operated by 杭州弘喆网络科技有限公司. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

AZBoss provides marketplace sellers with advertising analytics, profit analysis, search-term diagnostics, and automated operating reports based on data authorized by the seller.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, controlling access to your workspace, and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, marketplace policies, and agreements with Amazon.

Authorization

You may authorize AZBoss to access selected Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API data. You may revoke authorization through Amazon account settings or by contacting us for support.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content, or use the service to violate another party's rights or platform rules.

Recommendations

Analytics, diagnostics, and recommendations are informational. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving business decisions, advertising changes, budgets, bids, and account operations.

Confidentiality

We treat seller business data as confidential and use it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
